A full 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within the 48 hour period your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, your card on file will be charged 75% of the scheduled service price. Same day cancellation/reschedule AND No Shows will be charged 95% of the scheduled service price for loss of time. If your card on file is not valid, you will be asked to pay a rebooking fee of 95% (which is not applied to any future appointments) and non refundable deposit (will be applied to new appointment) to book an appointment with me in the future. You will receive a text confirmation 72 hours prior to your appointment. You can confirm by clicking the link in that text message.
